This InLine® Lan port multiplier adapter saves on LAN cable installation and cabling costs by connecting two lines on a single 8-wire cable. This splitter uses the two normally unused pairs of conductors, allowing you to make two 10/100Mbit connections on a single Lan line. In this way you can add new users to your network without the need for new wiring. Caution: the product must be used in pairs, one at each end of the cable.
