The tesa® Adhesive Nail for Wallpaper & Plaster and corresponding Adhesive Strips included, is specially designed for easy mounting and a secure hold on textured and sensitive surfaces like wallpaper or plaster of up to 2 kg per nail. Offering a convenient way to hang pictures or decoration without damaging your surface or the hassle associated with tools like a hammer or drill. Thanks to Powerstrips® Technology they’re super simple to use and are removable without a trace. Nothing is left but a clean and intact surface. You can even reuse the Adhesive Nail with a new Adhesive Strip.

A tesa® Adhesive Nail for Wallpaper & Plaster 2 kg, along with two of the included Adhesive Strips for Wallpaper & Plaster 2 kg, is a simple, secure and damage free way to hang pictures and other decorative items up to 2 kg per nail on textured and sensitive surfaces like wallpaper and plaster.

How to apply – Step by step
- Ensure the best possible bond by cleaning the surface of dirt and dust with a dust-free cloth.
- First, apply the Adhesive Strip to the rougher surface, so in the case of wallpaper or plaster always first apply it to the wall, with the blue tab facing the wall. Before using, make sure that your surface is strong enough to take the weight of the object you want to attach.
- Press down evenly over the entire strip for at least 5 seconds and only then remove the protective foil. By pressing down like this the flexible polymer chains are activated and form U-shaped links with the surface. It's these links that give such a secure and reliable bond, so the harder and more evenly you press, the better the bond.
- Now apply the tesa® Adhesive Nail by aligning it on the top edge of the strip, then folding it down. Press down evenly all over the entire nail for at least 5 seconds.
- The tab should be left accessible behind your object or beneath the nail for easy removal.

tesa® Adhesive Nails for Wallpaper & Plaster have been specially developed for textured and sensitive surfaces like wallpaper and plaster where traditional mounting techniques like screws and nails would damage the surface. With this Adhesive Nail there’s no need to open the tool box: you'll find everything you require to get your picture up on the wall inside the pack. It's a simple and easy way to hang pictures and get other decorative items wall-mounted.

As easy to remove as they are to put up
When you want to move your picture or object or you want to change it for something new, just grab the exposed tab of each strip and stretch them down up to 35cm, slowly and parallel to the wall. The stretching action will elongate the polymer chains and release the bond. Be sure not to press the Adhesive Nail against the wall while stretching the strip, however, as this may cause the strip to tear. The Adhesive Strip can be removed leaving nothing but a clean and intact surface.

A refill pack of the corresponding tesa® Adhesive Strips for Wallpaper & Plaster 2 kg from your tesa® Smart Mounting System retailer means the adhesive nail is ready to be used again and again.
