Reliably connect high-bandwidth HDMI 2.0 devices through plenum spaces
Route this Active High Speed HDMI 2.0 Cable through office plenum spaces for long distance transmission of 4K 60Hz video and high quality audio.
HDMI UHD Over Long Distances
The Active HDMI 2.0 cord is designed for long-distance reliability. Durable gold-plated connectors and 24/28AWG bare copper wire maintain optimal conductivity and low resistance, ensuring consistent performance across different environments. The integrated active chipset boosts the HDMI signal without requiring external power, facilitating 4K 60Hz video and full HDMI 2.0 capabilities. This enables the transmission of HDMI UHD video beyond passive cable lengths.
Full-Featured HDMI 2.0
The Active HDMI UHD Cable supports full HDMI 2.0 specifications:
• Up to 18Gbps bandwidth for 4K 60Hz video and higher refresh rates at lower resolutions (e.g. 1080p/1440p 120Hz)
• High Dynamic Range (HDR10) with 10-bit processing for higher contrast ratio and vibrant, cinematic picture quality
• Audio Return Channel (ARC) for 7.1 and 32-channel audio
• High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP 2.2) for a secure connection between source and display
• Dual Video Streams enable two independent video streams from a single source, allowing for picture-in-picture and other capabilities
• Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) synchronizes the refresh rate of the display with the output frame rate of the content, reducing screen tearing
Plenum-Rated Cabling
This HDMI 2.0 Cable features a Communications Multipurpose Plenum (CMP)-rated cable jacket with low-smoke characteristics. It is ideal for use in the plenum spaces of buildings (e.g., dropped ceilings and in-wall installations). The durable outer jacket is rated to withstand over 1,000 bending cycles at -/+60 degrees. This protects the cable from damage when routing through tight spaces that include multiple bends.
Note : This cable is unidirectional and must be installed in a specific direction. Refer to the embossed SOURCE and DISPLAY markings on the HDMI connectors to ensure that each end corresponds with the correct hardware.
