I have been working at REDCORP for 20 years now. My adventure began as a salesperson, a role that I still occupy today with the same passion as when I started. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to diversify my experience by working part-time in the finance team, which allowed me to acquire new skills and a different perspective on our business. I originally joined REDCORP because I needed a job . However, what made me stay was more than that. From the beginning, I felt a deep respect for the workers. At REDCORP, we feel listened to and protected. The working atmosphere is very pleasant, even if teleworking has taken on great importance since the Covid-19 pandemic. Some of the most valuable aspects for me are the ability to propose projects, improve our tools, and get interested in technical topics. This freedom of initiative is rare and precious. In addition, REDCORP actively supports the training of its employees. I personally benefited from this support when the company funded my postgraduate degree, an opportunity which greatly contributed to my personal and professional development. The stability of the company and the personality of the managers are also key factors in my loyalty. REDCORP has been able to maintain stable and continuous growth, creating a safe and stimulating work environment. REDCORP’s values ​​and mission resonate deeply with me. We strive to provide our customers with the cheapest and/or most quickly available solution, while respecting our commitments. Respect for the customer, respect for the word given and the best possible communication guide our daily actions. These 20 years at REDCORP have been marked by many notable moments and great successes. I am proud to be part of this company and look forward to continuing to contribute to its success
