This power cable for fans allows you to power, using a single 4-pin 12VDC molex power connector (PC power supply side) 2 fans with 12VDC voltage and 2 fans with 5VDC voltage. This allows you to reduce the input voltage to two of the 4 powered fans by reducing their number of revolutions and thus obtaining a reduction in noise and disturbance.
